TensorOps is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive, South EMEA to spearhead the expansion of Hightouch's presence across Southern Europe. You will be a key part of our small but growing EMEA team, responsible for closing complex enterprise deals and building a pipeline through strategic outbound and land-and-expand motions.
What You'll Do
- Expand Hightouch's presence across Southern Europe.
- Build a pipeline through strategic outbound and land-and-expand motions.
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
- Build executive-level relationships.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of enterprise sales experience in martech and/or data infrastructure.
- Proven success in building a pipeline through strategic outbound and land-and-expand motions.
- Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
- Strong discovery skills.
- Intellectual curiosity, high ambition, and humility.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to an ever-changing environment.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously while collaborating across regions.
Nice to Have
- Fluency in Italian, Spanish, or French.
- Experience selling in Southern European markets.
- Familiarity with the modern data stack (CDPs, data warehouses, reverse ETL).
- Track record of consistently exceeding quota in a high-growth startup environment.

You will be part of a small but growing EMEA team and the Southern Europe team specifically.
