About the Role

TensorOps is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive, South EMEA to spearhead the expansion of Hightouch's presence across Southern Europe. You will be a key part of our small but growing EMEA team, responsible for closing complex enterprise deals and building a pipeline through strategic outbound and land-and-expand motions.

What You'll Do

  • Expand Hightouch's presence across Southern Europe.
  • Build a pipeline through strategic outbound and land-and-expand motions.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Build executive-level relationships.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of enterprise sales experience in martech and/or data infrastructure.
  • Proven success in building a pipeline through strategic outbound and land-and-expand motions.
  • Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Strong discovery skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity, high ambition, and humility.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to an ever-changing environment.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously while collaborating across regions.

Nice to Have

  • Fluency in Italian, Spanish, or French.
  • Experience selling in Southern European markets.
  • Familiarity with the modern data stack (CDPs, data warehouses, reverse ETL).
  • Track record of consistently exceeding quota in a high-growth startup environment.

You will be part of a small but growing EMEA team and the Southern Europe team specifically.

This is a hybrid role based in Paris.
