About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Use established connections in the cybersecurity sector to quickly identify and engage enterprise and mid-market prospects, accelerating the sales cycle.
  • Drive new business development by understanding client challenges and aligning solutions to measurable outcomes.
  • Present the strategic value of cybersecurity offerings in a way that resonates with technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Manage a high-velocity pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding defined performance metrics.
  • Strengthen client relationships post-sale by guiding expansion opportunities and coordinating value-driven engagements.
  • Lead regular business reviews to assess performance, satisfaction, and future needs, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and user forums to expand visibility and generate qualified leads.
  • Work closely with alliance partners to uncover joint opportunities and increase market reach.
  • Collaborate across internal teams to refine sales strategies, improve client communication, and enhance the overall customer journey.
  • Navigate complex contract discussions, balancing organizational requirements with client expectations to close favorable agreements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of direct sales experience in the endpoint cybersecurity space.
  • Consistent history of achieving or surpassing sales targets, with documented 100%+ quota attainment.
  • Native fluency in Arabic, both spoken and written.
  • Proven ability to manage diverse accounts, from large enterprises to smaller businesses, without compromising attention to detail.
  • Strong aptitude for qualifying leads using defined success criteria and forecasting accurately.
  • Experience building relationships with C-level executives and technical decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with channel partners and value-added reseller networks in the region.
  • Skilled in leading procurement and legal negotiations, securing terms that support long-term success.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, with a talent for simplifying complex topics for diverse audiences.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time as needed.
