Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to focus on high-value opportunities and complex sales cycles with mid- to large-sized organizations. You will be responsible for building pipeline, driving new business, and securing renewals in our remote, fast-paced, and growth-oriented environment.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline targeting mid- and large-sized enterprises.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through closing and post-sale engagement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Navigate the competitive landscape to position the product effectively.
- Execute outbound efforts such as cold calling and email campaigns to generate new opportunities.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets and quarterly revenue quotas.
- Manage renewals and maintain long-term customer success.
- Provide accurate forecasts and contribute to strategic sales planning.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in data solutions, SaaS, or PaaS.
- Proven history of meeting or surpassing sales quotas and performance goals.
- Strong skills in prospecting, negotiating, closing deals, and managing accounts.
- Clear and confident verbal and written communication; ability to engage across all organizational levels.
- Experience working in a remote-first environment and navigating dynamic change.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with open source software or modern data platforms (e.g., NoSQL, time-series databases).
- Background in enterprise management tools (APM, network monitoring, cloud management, etc.).

- Compensation: US Zone 1: $250K–$270K OTE; US Zone 2: $230K–$250K OTE + equity opportunities.
