Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive enterprise IT-security sales in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. In this remote role, you will manage strategic accounts, generate new opportunities, and guide prospects through the full sales cycle while collaborating closely with marketing, engineering, and product teams.
What You'll Do
- Generate revenue by building partnerships, strategic alliances, and relationships with new and existing enterprise clients.
- Manage a portfolio of target accounts, collaborating with sales development and marketing to penetrate and close opportunities.
- Conduct research and maintain an evolving list of target accounts aligned with the company’s strategic focus and buyer personas.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, pricing, and contracts, and develop strategic account plans.
- Work the entire sales cycle from outreach and qualification to close, leveraging internal resources such as Solutions Engineers and executives.
- Communicate with clients via in-person meetings, video calls, phone, and email, providing technical expertise on IT-security solutions.
- Provide ongoing consulting to existing customers to enable upsells and foster long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate client feedback into actionable product insights.
- Stay up-to-date on IT-security and technology trends to inform sales strategies and client recommendations.
- Support marketing initiatives through social media, events, and promotional activities.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience selling IT-security solutions to enterprise organizations and directly closing business.
- Strong technical understanding of IT-security concepts and enterprise software solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with clients.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand complex concepts.
- High integrity and a strong moral compass.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Solution selling experience and disciplined account management approach.
