Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is looking for an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle from sourcing leads to closing deals. In this remote-first role, you will drive business development with innovative eCommerce and DTC brands, operating within our inclusive, high-performance culture.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, pitching, proposals, and closing deals.
  • Generate new opportunities through outbound efforts, partnerships, and attendance at industry events.
  • Respond to inbound leads and RFPs by crafting tailored proposals with support from internal teams.
  • Lead sales calls and communications, clearly articulating the agency’s offerings and value.
  • Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to develop compelling pitches.
  • Track and report on pipeline, sales metrics, and forecasting.
  • Continuously assess and improve sales performance in alignment with leadership goals.
  • Stay up to date on eCommerce, marketing, and consumer behavior trends to inform sales strategies.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years in a full-cycle sales or Account Executive role.
  • Proven experience closing new business and managing multiple sales simultaneously.
  • Deep knowledge of digital advertising, eCommerce, and performance marketing.
  • Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and video presentation.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven with a self-starter mindset.
  • Skilled in CRM tools, especially Hubspot, and familiar with sales reporting.
  • Strong presentation and proposal skills tailored to client needs.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and embracing change in a fast-paced setting.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented with a drive to contribute to long-term growth.

Nice to Have

  • Experience preferably in a startup or agency environment.
