About the Role

Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors seeks an Account Executive to join our team. This high-impact, outbound-focused role involves driving new business and guiding prospective clients from initial contact through onboarding. You'll engage small teams of service providers, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full outbound sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals.
  • Adapt messaging to a range of buyers, from small business owners to seasoned operators.
  • Deliver personalized product demos and onboarding experiences to ensure long-term customer success.
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs and sales targets, driving pipeline growth and revenue.
  • Gather and escalate customer feedback to inform improvements across marketing, product, and operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine positioning, optimize outreach, and support overall sales strategy.

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year of experience in a high-velocity sales role or related internship.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Experience with CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with short-cycle sales processes in fast-moving, small business environments.
  • A self-starter who thrives on outbound prospecting, lead generation, and conversion.
  • Data-driven mindset with a strong grasp of sales metrics like win rates and quota attainment.

  • Understanding of the beauty or wellness industry and its customer base.
