Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Strategic Account Manager, Enterprise Sales to manage and expand a portfolio of key enterprise clients. In this remote role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, develop growth strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to align solutions with client objectives.
What You'll Do
- Manage a named portfolio of strategic accounts, developing account plans to drive growth and expansion.
- Lead quarterly business reviews with executive stakeholders to identify new opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Cultivate deep client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and client satisfaction.
- Track and report on account performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
- Influence internal teams and senior leadership to ensure successful delivery and expansion of services.
- Stay informed of industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to strategically position solutions.
- Travel to client sites and conferences as needed (approximately 20–30%).
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of enterprise or strategic account management experience.
- 3+ years supporting professional services, ideally in legal or accounting sectors.
- Proven ability to develop and execute account growth strategies for complex enterprise solutions.
- Demonstrated success in achieving revenue growth and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Experience managing relationships with senior leadership and influencing key decisions.
- Team-oriented mindset, with a self-motivated and competitive approach to driving results.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complex client interactions.
Nice to Have
- Account management experience preferably in SaaS or technology.
- Familiarity with leveraging AI tools to improve workflows, decision-making, or client solutions.
- Preferred location: Austin, Texas.
