Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a remote Account Executive to drive the growth and adoption of a construction operations platform. This high-impact role focuses on outbound strategy and consultative selling to mid and enterprise-level clients. You will be instrumental in scaling the platform while managing a territory in the Northeast U.S.
What You'll Do
- Drive outbound sales by identifying, engaging, and qualifying leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person outreach.
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close, supported by a Sales Engineer for demos.
- Travel regularly across your territory (Northeast U.S. and parts of Canada) for meetings, drop-ins, and events.
- Build and maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline progress in the CRM.
- Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand prospect pain points and tailor solutions.
- Attend and contribute to in-person industry events and client presentations.
- Participate in a structured onboarding program and ongoing coaching to align with team goals and targets.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Marketing, RevOps, and leadership, to optimize prospecting strategy.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in B2B account executive roles with strong outbound selling skills.
- Proven success in high-volume inside or outside sales with a focus on demand generation and account-based selling.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, remote sales environment.
- Strong presentation and discovery abilities to drive consultative sales.
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft/Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo/ZoomInfo, and Drift.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and engaging prospects in person across multiple regions.
- Driven, coachable, and excited to contribute to a team-driven, growth-oriented culture.
