About the Role

Statsig is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to help grow our enterprise footprint and scale our customer base. In this role, you will take full ownership of the sales process—from building and managing pipeline to closing complex, consultative deals with large enterprises. Our mission is to catalyze positive change in how builders build, resulting in better products and happier customers.

What You'll Do

  • Drive new business opportunities by proactively prospecting, engaging with leads, and converting them into long-term clients.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan of execution against a named account list.
  • Understand client needs deeply, align Statsig's solutions to their business objectives, and shape decision criteria.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including sales engineering, enterprise engineering, leadership, and product.
  • Stay updated with product offering, industry trends, competitive landscape, and market shifts.
  • Closely engage with the Account Management team to deliver value and expand your book of business.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue objectives with accurate forecasting.
  • Travel as needed for client meetings and to Seattle HQ or San Francisco office.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise software sales (targeting companies with 2000+ employees).
  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven success and relentless interest in building self-generated, outbound pipeline.
  • Ability to understand complex client needs, craft tailored discovery, and drive sales through consultative approaches.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships and credibility with C and VP-level stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS industry.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally within a sales-driven organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and exceed sales quotas.
  • Highly autonomous with a bias for action and an owner’s mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Devtooling and data expertise including: feature flagging, experimentation, product analytics and related technologies.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation: $270,000 - $300,000 OTE annually + generous equity.
  • Company contributes 100% to medical, dental, and vision coverage.

  • Support in traveling to San Francisco and Bellevue offices to collaborate in person.

Work Mode

This is a fully remote position. The role is open to candidates based in New York City.
