ServiceNow is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive focused on MRD to drive new business sales revenue through a SaaS license model. You will be responsible for account and territory planning, developing C-suite relationships, and acting as a trusted advisor to customers on their IT roadmap.
What You'll Do
- Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas like CFO, CIO, COO, and CDO across all product sales.
- Oversee client relationship mapping and orchestrate account strategy across a broad virtual team.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer business needs and advising on how ServiceNow can help their IT roadmap.
- Identify the right specialist and support resources to bring into a deal at the right time.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of sales experience within a software or solutions sales organization.
- Experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and across internal teams.
- Ability to produce new business, negotiate deals, and maintain healthy C-Level relationships.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- The ability to understand the bigger picture and our plans around IT.
- Experience promoting a customer success focus in a win as a team environment.
Team & Environment
You will orchestrate account strategy across a broad virtual team including Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialists, Success resources, Partners, and Marketing.
Work Mode
This is an onsite role located in the APAC (Asia Pacific) region.
