Kong is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our APJ team. Based in Melbourne, Australia, you will be responsible for managing enterprise accounts and driving revenue growth across the APJ region.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the APJ enterprise market.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise-level clients and stakeholders.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate with internal technical and marketing teams to align solutions with client needs.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and account management within the company's CRM.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas in enterprise software sales.
- Experience selling complex technical solutions to large enterprise accounts in the APJ region.
- Strong ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
