About the Role

ServiceNow is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive - Manufacturing to produce new business sales revenue from our SaaS platform. You will accomplish this through detailed account and territory planning, prospect research, and field-based sales activities within a defined set of enterprise prospects.

What You'll Do

  • Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas (e.g., CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) across all product sales.
  • Oversee client relationship mapping and orchestrate account strategy across a broad virtual team (Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialists, Success resources, Partners, and Marketing).
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business and advising on how ServiceNow can support their IT roadmap.
  • Identify the right specialist and support resources to bring into a deal at the right time.

What We're Looking For

  • Candidate must be located in PA, MI, IN, or OH.
  • 7+ years of sales experience within a software or solutions sales organization.
  • Experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to produce new business, negotiate deals, and maintain healthy C-Level relationships.
  • Proven experience achieving sales targets.
  • The ability to understand the 'bigger picture' and strategic plans around IT.
  • Experience promoting a customer success focus in a 'win as a team' environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling into Enterprise Manufacturing accounts.
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.

Team & Environment

You will orchestrate strategy across a broad virtual team including Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialists, Success resources, Partners, and Marketing.

Work Mode

This position offers a flexible work mode and is open to candidates located in PA, MI, IN, or OH.
