As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive revenue growth across mid-market and enterprise clients in India, focusing on strategic account development and deal closure. You'll manage a targeted portfolio of 20–40 accounts across one or two key industries, building tailored engagement plans to advance opportunities.
Sales Execution
You'll lead the complete sales cycle—from initial discovery through technical alignment, commercial negotiation, legal and procurement processes, to final close. Working closely with pre-sales teams, you'll ensure solutions are closely matched to client needs while maintaining rigorous tracking of next steps and milestones.
Stakeholder Engagement
Engage senior decision-makers including CIOs, CTOs, Heads of IT and Infrastructure, Security leaders, and Procurement officers. Use multi-threaded strategies to expand influence within accounts and conduct regular pipeline reviews to maintain momentum.
Partner Collaboration
Leverage relationships with MSPs, system integrators, and independent software vendors where beneficial, using partner-led motions to accelerate access and delivery. Maintain strong coordination while ensuring accountability and follow-through.
Requirements
- 7–15 years of B2B sales experience in India, with at least 3 years focused on mid-market or enterprise IT solutions
- Proven success selling into public cloud, managed services, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or related enterprise tech domains
- Experience navigating complex procurement workflows, including legal, security review, and vendor onboarding
- Strong communication skills, structured deal management approach, and high personal ownership
- Comfort with regular travel (30–40%) to meet customers and partners
Preferred Background
- Existing network within Indian enterprise organizations or technology partnerships
- Track record in channel or partner-driven sales models
- Experience selling cloud migration, FinOps, security compliance, disaster recovery, or application modernization services
