Resource Guru was looking for an Enterprise Account Executive (GBP 160k-200k OTE, Remote, Share Options)

Resource Guru is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to help build and define our enterprise sales motion. This is a strategic role focused on complex, consultative sales cycles where you'll act as an advisor to large organizations evaluating Resource Guru as a core scheduling platform. You'll collaborate directly with leadership to shape how we sell to and serve enterprise customers.

What You'll Do

  • Own strategic sales cycles end-to-end, from initial discovery through to final close.
  • Lead consultative discovery sessions with senior stakeholders across Operations, PMO, Finance, Delivery, and IT.
  • Map buying committees and build multi-threaded relationships throughout client organizations.
  • Run structured deal processes, navigating procurement, security reviews, and legal negotiations.
  • Partner with leadership and product teams on complex, high-value opportunities.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations that translate operational challenges into clear, story-led narratives.
  • Advise customers on workflow design, adoption strategies, and implementation approaches.
  • Quantify business impact and operational return on investment for potential clients.
  • Contribute to building the enterprise sales motion, including pricing, packaging, qualification criteria, and playbooks.

What We're Looking For

  • 5–10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Proven track record closing complex deals, typically in the range of £20k–£250k+.
  • Background in enterprise, strategic accounts, or consultative sales environments.
  • Experience navigating procurement processes, security reviews, and multi-stakeholder deals.
  • A strong consultative mindset and commercial intelligence.
  • Exceptional demonstration skills and operational curiosity.
  • Credibility and experience engaging with senior-level stakeholders.
  • A builder mentality with low ego and high ownership.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling to agencies, consultancies, engineering firms, or other project-based businesses.

Team & Environment

You'll join a small, fully remote team that collaborates mainly via Slack, with occasional in-person meetups. You will report directly to the company founders, Percy and Andrew, and work in an environment that values real ownership, autonomy, and direct collaboration with leadership.

  • Compensation: £80k-£100k base salary plus share options (equity).
