About the Role

Knapsack is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to be the primary point of contact and face of the company for prospects. You will own all aspects of sales strategy and execution for enterprise deals from end-to-end, focusing on qualification, creating urgency, and managing procurement.

What You'll Do

  • Contribute to pipeline generation, prospecting, and lead generation.
  • Articulate and demonstrate the company's value proposition via presentations and demos.
  • Lead effective platform evaluations, drive decision-making, and navigate procurement in complex enterprise environments.
  • Create excitement and enthusiasm among prospects.
  • Manage accurate pipeline and CRM data, including buying process, criteria, next steps, and owners.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions, and Marketing to drive expansion within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with other GTM team members to test new customer acquisition strategies.
  • Contribute product ideas and feedback to represent the voice of prospective customers internally.
  • Contribute to sales scripts, prospect messaging, and the sales playbook.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements in the sales process.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record of success in enterprise (Fortune 1000) SaaS sales.
  • Experience selling successfully to large, complex enterprise (Fortune 500).
  • Proven ability to identify and engage early-stage buyer personas, including through cold outreach.
  • Ability to synthesize and translate complex technical concepts into effective external communications and compelling sales messaging.
  • Data-driven mindset for decision making and strategy development.
  • Comfort leading engagements with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfort and confidence working autonomously in times and areas of ambiguity.
  • Ability to receive and provide actionable feedback.
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated, driven, and results oriented.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

Nice to Have

  • Interest or experience in digital production, design systems, or designer/engineer tooling.
