About the Role

Ironclad is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive for the Central region to be a key hire on our sales team. This role is central to supporting our rapid scale and making a direct impact on revenue goals at a category-defining company.

What You'll Do

  • Generate your own pipeline and hunt for new business.
  • Run the full sales cycle independently.
  • Travel to client locations, with travel exceeding 25%.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of closing sales experience in a similar capacity.
  • Experience selling SaaS with deal sizes in the $250k-$1M ARR range and/or selling to Fortune 2000 companies.
  • Proven ability to generate your own pipeline and hunt for new business.
  • Comfort with both inside and field sales and managing the full sales cycle independently.
  • Curiosity and genuine interest in our product, mission, and industry.
  • Desire to change how companies and legal departments handle contracts.
  • Self-sufficient with a strong internal sense of urgency, hard-working, and humble.
  • Thoughtful, with strong attention to detail and ability to see the big picture.
  • Excellent communication skills and persistent follow-through on customer commitments.
  • Ability to work well with other teams and own projects beyond just closing deals.
  • Flexible, coachable, and able to make adjustments on the fly.
  • Comfortable with giving and receiving feedback.
  • Comfortable with client travel exceeding 25%.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the legal vertical.
  • Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and/or Configure Price Quote (CPQ) experience.
