Ternary was looking for an Enterprise Account Executive

Ternary is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to help us build the best FinOps cost management platform in the market. You will be integral in evolving our sales motion from founder-led to a full enterprise sales team, delivering an innovative solution that solves real customer pain points.

What You'll Do

  • Run all phases of discovery and validation independently.
  • Work closely with Solutions Engineers throughout various sales cycles.
  • Own new initiatives and take them from A to Z.
  • Participate in both 'land and expand' opportunities plus new logo acquisition.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years enterprise field sales experience.
  • Familiarity with at least one of the major cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and ability to speak confidently about how their services are used.
  • Familiarity with the FinOps framework, organization and ideology.
  • History in both 'land and expand' opportunities plus new logo acquisition.
  • Willing to work in a mostly-remote setting in a Continental USA time zone (from Pacific to Eastern).
  • Demonstrable track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets.

Nice to Have

  • Completed previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDPICC, SPIN, Challenger Sales).
  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Base salary: $90,000-$150,000 + generous equity component.
