About the Role

CADDi is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to lead our expansion within the manufacturing sector. In this role, you will target the largest manufacturing companies, navigate intricate sales cycles, and collaborate with high-level stakeholders to increase our market share.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and target key accounts within the manufacturing industry, developing and executing sales strategies to penetrate and expand market share.
  • Work closely with C-suite executives, finance, and product teams to ensure alignment and smooth progression of the sales process.
  • Be in person with customers 50% of the time to build trust, understand needs, and tailor solutions.
  • Dedicate 30% of time to prospecting new clients and 20% to crafting compelling proposals that address specific client challenges.
  • Embody initiative, independence, and resilience to set the standard for remote engagement in enterprise sales.

What We're Looking For

  • Extensive experience in enterprise sales with a proven track record of success selling to large companies within the manufacturing industry.
  • Deep understanding of complex sales processes and the ability to navigate them effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience working alongside C-suite, finance, and product teams.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a knack for identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges.
  • Willingness to travel and engage with clients in person for 50% of the time.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.

Benefits & Compensation

  • On Target Earnings: $150,000 - $250,000+ per year, based on experience, comprising a competitive base salary, variable bonus, and uncapped commission.
