About the Role

Braze is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to acquire new customers and expand work with existing ones, primarily within enterprise organizations. You will own the full-cycle sales process for our products and services.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full-cycle sales process for our products and services, targeting Fortune 1000 and Enterprise customers.
  • Identify, prospect, and qualify opportunities through outbounding, leading sales calls, facilitating product demonstrations, crafting custom proposals, negotiating contract terms, and closing deals.
  • Create and implement a methodology to prospect and build pipeline through outbound sales efforts including cold calling, emailing, and networking.
  • Own the renewal process through customer satisfaction, expansion, and retention in partnership with Customer Success, Services, and Operations teams.
  • Regularly review account health and identify upsell opportunities to increase overall account value.
  • Own all aspects of territory management including segmenting accounts, developing account plans, and creating prospecting strategies.
  • Build, maintain, and own account maps for your territory.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to deliver a compelling value proposition.
  • Use tools such as Salesforce, Box, and Chili Piper to maintain client data and relationships.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 4 years of full-cycle sales experience.
  • Experience selling SaaS.
  • Experience identifying, prospecting, and qualifying new large enterprise-level business and upsell opportunities, and closing sales deals.
  • Experience selling into customers in HR, Talent, Learning & Development, or similar functions.
  • Consistently meet revenue targets and have experience selling in a complex environment.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce CRM and PowerPoint.
  • Familiar with (or open to learning) Box, Google Suite, and Chili Piper.

  • Interest in engaging with customers and prospects in discussions about organizational culture, engagement, and inclusion.
  • Relevant personal or professional experience with inclusion-related initiatives (e.g., selling into relevant functions, participating in an ERG, volunteer work in underserved communities).

You will partner closely with Customer Success, Services, and Operations teams.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation: $200,000 - $280,000 OTE (base + variable; depends on experience) + equity options.
  • Fully remote, full-time position.

This is a fully remote position with flexible location within the U.S.
