Picus is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive field sales initiatives across the APAC region. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle with enterprise clients, based out of our Tokyo office. This role is central to our growth strategy in Asia.
What You'll Do
- Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales process within the APAC region
- Build and nurture relationships with key enterprise prospects and clients
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs
- Maintain a robust pipeline and provide accurate forecasting
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in field sales, specifically in enterprise account management
- Deep experience selling complex solutions to large organizations in the APAC market
- Strong understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and procurement processes
- Ability to negotiate high-value contracts and navigate client organizations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
Work Mode
This is a hybrid position based in Tokyo, Japan. You will split your time between remote work and in-person client meetings or office collaboration.
