About the Role

Adobe is hiring an Enterprise Account Director to join our Digital Media Enterprise team. You will be responsible for sourcing, closing, and managing relationships with a defined set of enterprise accounts with greater than $1B in annual revenue. Your success will be measured by revenue performance, upsell effectiveness, client satisfaction, and retention.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain and grow an existing client base, including expanding the adoption of new offerings.
  • Drive specific product revenue within your territory.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and business objectives.
  • Perform outbound contact to existing customers to sell additional solutions.
  • Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the complete capabilities of Adobe's solution offerings.
  • Convert customer challenges into new opportunities.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted opportunities to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual quota objectives.
  • Improve overall customer satisfaction in your assigned accounts.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering teams to provide customer feedback and drive revenue opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 10+ years of proven track record in field account management or as an account executive.
  • Proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions.
  • Ability to forge and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Demonstrated analytical and computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a top-notch customer service approach.
  • Proven experience using quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess customer relationships and make recommendations.
  • Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate thoughtful leadership in assessing problems and opportunities.
  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment with partners like Renewals Specialists, Product Specialists, CSMs, Solution Consultants, and Field Marketing.
  • A creative problem-solving approach.
  • Experience in selling technology.

You will be part of Adobe's Digital Media Enterprise team, collaborating with specialists across sales, customer success, and product.

Benefits & Compensation

  • U.S. base pay range: $229,000 – $369,600 annually.
  • Location-based ranges: California: $255,300 - $369,600, Colorado: $246,400 - $356,800, Washington: $250,300 - $362,375.
  • Certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.

Work Mode

This role operates in a local-country work mode and is based in the United States.
