This role is for an Engineering Manager to lead the Structural Dynamics and Acoustics team within Hitachi Energy, based in Ludvika or Västerås, Sweden. Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of engineers within structural dynamics and acoustics

- Act as a key interface towards projects and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and prioritization

Requirements
- University degree in engineering, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience leading or managing engineers in a technical environment
- Experience working with stakeholders in complex projects or organizations
- Fluent in English
