Manage creative production from concept to completion for diverse clients in a fully remote environment. As a Creative Production Project Manager, you’ll act as the central point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring every deliverable meets strategic objectives and creative expectations.
What You’ll Do
- Champion the client’s vision across internal production teams, maintaining alignment with project briefs and timelines
- Develop and manage delivery schedules, tracking progress and adjusting as needed to keep projects on track
- Review all creative outputs to confirm they meet quality standards and project requirements
- Collaborate with editorial, design, and video teams to resolve challenges and maintain workflow efficiency
- Participate in regular client check-ins to provide updates and gather feedback
- Identify and escalate issues quickly, working toward timely resolutions
- Maintain accurate records of project details, changes, and communications
What We’re Looking For
- At least two years of experience in project management or production coordination
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail
- Proficiency with digital tools used in content production and project tracking
- Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously while maintaining clarity and focus
- Solid understanding of creative processes across content formats
- Capacity to interpret client goals and translate them into actionable plans
- Demonstrated skill in giving clear, constructive feedback to creative teams
Work Environment
This is a 100% remote role with team members based across the Caribbean. You’ll work during standard business hours and collaborate across time zones using digital platforms.
