Shape a partner ecosystem from the ground up as our next Partner Manager. You'll be the driving force behind building and scaling a network of 50+ strategic partners, forging relationships with agencies, system integrators, and complementary technology providers to expand market reach and revenue.
What You’ll Do
- Recruit, onboard, and manage high-potential partners across key verticals
- Drive measurable annual recurring revenue (ARR) through co-selling and channel-led deals
- Design and implement partner programs, incentive models, and co-marketing initiatives
- Equip partners with training, tools, and resources to successfully sell and deploy solutions
- Track performance, iterate on strategy, and optimize for revenue impact
- Work closely with sales and product teams to align partner efforts with company goals
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in building partner networks from zero to 50+ active partners
- At least two years in partnership or channel management roles
- Track record of generating revenue through indirect channels
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead through influence
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, for global collaboration
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building programs without a playbook
- Familiarity with the marketing technology landscape is a strong advantage
