Role Overview
As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary local contact for a residential energy efficiency initiative in Oregon. Your work will center on strengthening relationships with contractors, municipalities, and community stakeholders to grow program participation and ensure successful project outcomes across a designated territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the on-the-ground representative for the program, engaging directly with contractors, customers, and partner organizations
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with trade allies, local governments, utilities, and community-based groups
- Identify local needs, collect input, and contribute to ongoing improvements in program design and delivery
- Explain program requirements, lead contractor recruitment, and manage enrollment, onboarding, and training efforts
- Design and execute outreach strategies to increase contractor involvement and broaden program impact
- Support individual projects through coordination, site visits, and quality assurance activities to ensure timely completion
- Lead educational workshops, attend stakeholder meetings, and represent the program at public events
- Monitor market trends, document interactions, and prepare reports to guide program performance and strategy
- Balanced management of multiple priorities with limited oversight, including regular travel within your assigned region
Qualifications
- Must reside in or near Bend, Portland, or Salem, Oregon
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-moving, evolving environment
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience in client relations, stakeholder engagement, or business development
- Commitment to advancing residential energy efficiency at the community level
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
- Successful completion of standard pre-employment screenings
Work Environment
This role operates as a regional representative with a hybrid structure—remote work supported by frequent travel throughout a defined area in Oregon. You will be expected to be locally based in one of the specified cities to ensure strong community presence.

Compensation
Annual salary range: $62,700 – $94,100. Target total compensation is $70,000 per year. No equity is included in this position.
