As Senior Sales Manager, you will drive market expansion by developing and executing go-to-market strategies in targeted regions, focusing on acquiring new clients within the financial technology space. You'll take ownership of the full sales cycle—from identifying prospects to negotiation and closing—ensuring consistent delivery against forecasts.
What You’ll Do
- Define and lead go-to-market approaches in selected international markets
- Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities
- Lead contract discussions and serve as primary negotiator
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, legal, and project teams to align strategy and execution
- Work within a flat, team-oriented environment that values shared success and initiative
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in English and either Norwegian or Swedish, written and spoken
- Proven ability to drive results in a proactive sales role
- Solid grasp of both technical and commercial aspects of B2B sales
- Understanding of banking, financial services, and payment ecosystems
- Familiarity with card-based payment solutions is essential
- A degree is preferred but not required
