Responsibilities
- Oversee all stages of the project lifecycle from initiation to final completion
- Utilize digital tools and clear communication to ensure on-time, on-budget, and on-specification project delivery
- Lead large-scale façade projects from initial planning through to closeout
- Coordinate remotely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients
- Facilitate organized collaboration and forward-thinking project planning
- Ensure efficient progress of complex façade installations
Requirements
- At least three years of experience managing glazing or curtain wall projects
- Proven track record in remotely managing commercial construction projects
- Proficiency in interpreting architectural, structural, and fabrication drawings
- In-depth knowledge of curtain wall, storefront, ACM, or unitized façade systems
- Ability to lead remote client meetings, vendor negotiations, and project updates
- Demonstrated skill in contract management, cost tracking, and risk mitigation
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with Bluebeam, Procore, AutoCAD, or similar project management software
- Established network of glazing subcontractors and suppliers
