Requirements
- 3-5+ years experience in Strategy roles operating within a top-tier consulting firm with a strong command of the analytical, financial, and strategic problem-solving toolkit
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with excellent stakeholder management
- An organized, proactive self-starter; able to identify what needs to get done, then willing and able to make it happen
- Ability to embrace change and balance multiple priorities - with strong instincts for and ability to focus on what matters most
- Distinctive written and verbal communication skills - able to synthesize complex topics into clear statements, presentation materials, and plans
- Passion for travel and the role Tripadvisor can play for travelers and our partners
- Proven ability to operate effectively with a global-first mindset
