As a Project Manager in Patient Research, you will lead studies focused on patient insights from initiation through completion, working under senior guidance to uphold quality and meet strict deadlines. Your role ensures that every phase of research is executed accurately and on schedule, within a dynamic international healthcare market research context.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of patient-centered research initiatives, maintaining alignment with quality benchmarks and project timelines.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams such as Panel, Programming, Compliance, and Operations to ensure seamless project flow and resolve bottlenecks quickly.
- Support clear and professional communication with clients, including status reporting and documentation updates.
- Monitor project milestones, participant quotas, risks, and interdependencies across multiple concurrent studies.
- Review study materials, screening tools, and supporting documents thoroughly before deployment.
- Anticipate potential issues, take proactive steps to mitigate risks, and escalate when necessary to protect delivery integrity.
- Maintain accurate, well-organized records and contribute to refining workflows for greater efficiency.
- Work during Eastern Time business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) to align with U.S.-based stakeholders and clients.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of client-facing project management experience in a fast-moving environment where precision is essential.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Professional fluency in Spanish is required.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities without compromising quality.
- Comfort operating within defined processes while identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard project management software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in healthcare, market research, or regulated industries is advantageous.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.
- Additional language skills in French or Italian are desirable.
