Colac Area Health is seeking an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join our team at Hesse Rural Health. In this role, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care within our aged residential service, operating under a three-tiered care structure directed by Registered Nurses and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to meet the holistic needs of patients and residents.
What You'll Do
- Work under the direction of Registered Nurses in charge within a three-tiered care staff structure.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to meet the holistic care needs of allocated patients and residents on a per-shift basis.
- Actively promote a person-centred care philosophy, ensuring patients, residents, and their carers are involved in decision-making and planning.
- Develop positive working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Endorsed Enrolled Nurse qualification.
