SIGNAL IDUNA is looking for a Student Assistant in Legal Contracts & Documentation to join the team at HANSAINVEST. You will provide essential support to ensure smooth operational processes while learning about the complex fund world of a Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft.
What You'll Do
- Support the filing and maintenance of contract documents and relevant contract data.
- Contribute to the adaptation of sales prospectuses and other legal fund documents.
- Support organizational tasks on-site in Hamburg to ensure smooth operational processes.
- Receive comprehensive training on your tasks and participate in team and departmental meetings.
- Learn about the diverse and complex fund world with its extensive contract portfolio.
- Take on additional tasks in the day-to-day business and projects of the legal department when time allows.
What We're Looking For
- Currently studying law, business law, economics, or a comparable degree program with a legal background.
- IT-savvy with proficient skills in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Work carefully, in an organized manner, and have a good eye for detail.
- Enjoy developing solutions together and actively contributing ideas.
- Enjoy regulatory topics and implementing national and European requirements in practice.
- Approach tasks analytically, think in processes, and contribute with commitment.
