Scotiabank is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to be the face, character, and heart of our branches. In this role, you will put our customers first by helping them achieve their financial goals through a people-centric and relatable approach.
What You'll Do
- Take a proactive approach to discovering customer needs and listening to understand their requests.
- Process day-to-day transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Nurture rich, long-standing customer relationships.
- Contribute to Branch targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities.
- Serve as a technology expert, introducing clients to mobile banking applications and helping them manage their banking needs.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
