SIGNAL IDUNA / HANSAINVEST is seeking a Specialist - Decentralized Compliance Management. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying compliance risks, analyzing compliance matters, and developing our compliance management system. You will act as a cross-hierarchical contact point and advisor on all compliance topics, reporting directly to the Vorstand and Chief Compliance Officer.
What You'll Do
- Identify and evaluate compliance risks.
- Prepare, analyze, and document compliance matters.
- Communicate the results of the compliance program implementation to the Vorstand and Chief Compliance Officer.
- Serve as a cross-hierarchical contact person and advisor on compliance topics.
- Monitor risk-mitigating measures and develop improvement actions.
- Collaborate with the central Compliance Office.
- Further develop the compliance management system.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in law or economics, or a completed commercial apprenticeship with a Fachwirt or comparable qualification.
Nice to Have
- (First) experience with regulatory affairs.
- Knowledge of legal and supervisory terms such as VVaG, MaGo, Solva I and II VO.
- Knowledge of life insurance terminology.
