The University of Vienna is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join the Communication and Services Team within our International Office. This position provides comprehensive administrative support and is initially limited to 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
What You'll Do
- Provide administrative and organizational support to the Communication and Services Team.
- Manage general assistant tasks including reception, hospitality, mail, and email.
- Handle orders, bookings, and office supplies.
- Organize events.
- Assist with the administration of the univie: summer/winter schools, including processing data in the mobility tool and creating courses.
- Support communication efforts by maintaining mailing lists, conducting mass mailings, answering initial inquiries, and providing website support.

- Very good skills in MS Office.
- Very good German and English language skills.
- Strong team and communication skills.
- A structured working style and personal initiative.
- Willingness to work, independence, and flexibility.
- Matura or Fachmatura qualification.
Nice to Have
- A Bachelor's degree is desirable.
