Boots Opticians is looking for an Optical Assistant to join our franchise practice team. You will be the first and last point of contact for our customers, building relationships and helping them find the right eyewear solutions. Your role is central to providing excellent clinical and retail service.
What You'll Do
- Order, dispense and collect glasses and contact lenses
- Support with eye-tests and pre-screening activities
- Provide aftercare support through repairs and adjustments
- Complete operational and administrative tasks associated with dispensing prescriptions
- Maintain floor standards
