Shae Group is looking for an End-to-End Sales Officer to own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, for multiple product lines and industries. You will leverage AI tools to accelerate outreach and personalization, driving measurable outcomes in a role defined by innovation and human impact.
What You'll Do
- Generate and manage your own leads, owning the sales funnel from outreach through close and handover.
- Use AI-powered outreach, personalization, and scheduling to accelerate pipeline velocity.
- Lead discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Ensure smooth handover to onboarding and relationship teams while maintaining accurate pipeline and forecasts.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in end-to-end sales with consistent closing performance.
- Comfortable using AI-assisted outreach and CRM-driven selling; strong negotiation skills.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and able to manage a full-cycle sales pipeline; fluent English.
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthtech, wellness, or enterprise SaaS sales.
- Previous work with channel/partner models or higher-ticket consultative sales.

- Fast-start bonus structure increasing commission to 20% during months 1–3.
- Paid time off available for strong performance and exceeding KPIs.
- From month 4+: Base salary of USD $500–$1,000 per month based on experience and results.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote, contractor position. While open globally, we have a preference for candidates based in the Philippines, South East Asia, Poland, Romania, or Ukraine.
