The Enablement Manager will be a key member of the revenue organization at Brilliant, responsible for building and scaling sales enablement programs that equip Account Executives and Account Managers to win. This role will design onboarding, training, content, and systems while working cross-functionally across RevOps, Product, and Marketing to ensure reps are well-prepared and productive.
What You'll Do
- Design and run onboarding for new AEs and AMs, building programs that get reps productive quickly without cutting corners on the depth they need to win — including fluency in Brilliant's unique blend of creative services, technology platform, and fulfillment capabilities
- Build and maintain a content library reps will actually use: playbooks, pitch frameworks, battle cards, objection-handling guides, and competitive intel — kept current and easy to find
- Analyze win/loss data, call recordings, and pipeline trends to identify skill gaps and translate them into targeted, practical training — not generic workshops
- Design and run ongoing enablement programming — certifications, skill sprints, role-plays, and deal reviews — that reps show up to because it's genuinely useful
- Partner with RevOps, Product, and Marketing to ensure AEs and AMs are the first to know and best-prepared to speak to new services, platform updates, and GTM shifts
- Define and track the KPIs that demonstrate enablement impact: ramp time, quota attainment, content adoption, tool usage, and more
- Maintain and optimize enablement tools and systems, ensuring the tech stack supports seamless execution across the revenue team
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or a closely related role, with preference for experience at a high-growth B2B company
- Proven ability to build enablement programs from scratch
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to make complex ideas land with a fast-moving, competitive sales team
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — you know how to work effectively with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Product
- Fluency with CRM and enablement tools (Salesforce, Gong, Highspot, Seismic, or similar)
- A data-driven mindset: you launch programs and measure whether they're working
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay focused and solutions-oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Experience enabling both new business (AE) and retention/expansion (AM) motions
