About the Role

Samsung Electronics America is seeking an Emerging Talent - Rotational Sales Graduate for a 2-year graduate program designed to create well-rounded individuals with broad exposure. This rotational program provides a strong foundation for future career progression within Samsung.

What You'll Do

  • Complete an 8-month rotation in the Mobile Team (MX), supporting the account team across product categories, engaging in key day-to-day work with a major account, and leading bespoke account projects.
  • Complete an 8-month rotation in the Digital Appliances Team, supporting Account Directors & Managers in all account management aspects for a product category, attending customer meetings, and reporting on key commercial metrics.
  • Complete an 8-month rotation in the TVAV Team, immersing in account management and retail partnerships while developing skills in commercial planning, data analysis, and collaborative strategy execution.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships during each rotation.
  • Build a network throughout the graduate rotations to aid in navigating the complex business.

What We're Looking For

  • Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree.
  • Strong interest in sales, account management, and the consumer electronics industry.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret commercial data and metrics.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn across multiple business functions.

Team & Environment

You will rotate across different business divisions (Mobile, Digital Appliances, TVAV), gaining wide exposure to Samsung's sales operations and retail partnerships.
