NVIDIA is looking for an EMEA Sales Leader, Cloud Partner to drive the NVIDIA Cloud Partner (NCP) business and secure NVIDIA platform adoption within Enterprise customers, with a focus on Generative AI technologies. This senior segment sales leader will be responsible for defining the go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, pipeline creation, and providing critical product feedback to shape our offerings.
What You'll Do
- Elevate and prioritize the most promising Cloud Partners (NCPs) based on their capacity to scale, attract capital, and drive sustained sales.
- Establish and implement the comprehensive NVIDIA Cloud Partner (NCP) GTM plan, involving both local and global partners.
- Drive GTM strategy and execution for the NCP Cloud business, monitoring performance and recommending optimizations.
- Be accountable for delivering incremental revenue and pipeline quarter over quarter and closing complicated business deals.
- Work with internal partners to design full systems that enable the cloud business and provide strategic updates from HQ.
- Collaborate effectively with product, sales, and partnerships teams to maintain alignment on priorities and execution.
- Represent NVIDIA and NCPs at strategic industry forums and drive engagement in key ecosystem events.
- Own the event strategy, including evaluating, prioritizing, and supporting coverage for NVIDIA and non-NVIDIA industry events.
- Partner with marketing to review and refine content (blogs, PR, messaging) and support NCPs with materials.
- Translate complex product strategy and technical concepts into simple, compelling narratives for NCPs and cloud audiences.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ overall years of Technology Sales Leadership with a consistent record of exceeding targets.
- Deep AI/ML Domain Expertise in Conversational/Enterprise AI and Foundational Models (LLMs).
- Proven Success with Executive Relationships including forming strategic partnerships and leading complex deals in matrixed environments.
- Mastery of Solution Architecture and Strategy including developing and driving joint sales models and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.
- Expert Knowledge of the AI Customer Journey and adoption trends in Cloud technologies.
- 7+ years of experience in Sales/People Leadership, including recruiting, empowering, and managing sales teams.
- Relevant Technical Degree (Engineering/equivalent experience) with a Master's/MBA highly desirable.
- Ability to Travel up to 50% for global engagements and partnership development.

- Track record of successfully growing revenue for new, innovative technology-based solutions, demonstrating deep experience in Conversational AI.
- Proven knowledge of pricing strategies, channel economics, and influencing business practices and products to better align with customer needs.

- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-opportunity environments, showing comfort with ambiguity, rapid change, and managing matrixed teams.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication, including compelling vision articulation, thought leadership, and establishing effective external thought partnership.
