Versapay is seeking an Email Marketing Manager to own the strategy and execution of our email marketing programs. You will play a key role in nurturing leads, engaging customers, and driving measurable business growth through targeted and automated communications.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive email marketing strategy for lead nurturing and customer lifecycle programs.
- Build, segment, and manage our subscriber lists to ensure targeted and relevant communications.
- Design, launch, and optimize automated email campaigns (welcome series, onboarding, engagement, retention).
- Manage the end-to-end production of promotional and transactional email campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing on copy, design, and send times to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance, report on key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Ensure all email activities comply with relevant regulations (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR).
- Collaborate with content, design, and product marketing teams to align email content with broader marketing initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing, preferably in B2B or SaaS.
- Proven expertise in managing email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp) and marketing automation.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to segment audiences, test campaigns, and optimize performance.
- Solid understanding of email best practices, deliverability, compliance, and HTML/CSS for email.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Exceptional written communication and copywriting skills.
