About the Role
Drive revenue and customer retention through data-driven email and SMS lifecycle campaigns. Manage end-to-end execution, optimize performance, and implement improvements using Klaviyo and Postscript to increase customer lifetime value.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and enhance lifecycle email and SMS sequences including welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and re-engagement campaigns
- Develop and manage campaign schedules in line with product releases and promotional events
- Continuously test and refine email and SMS flows to maximize revenue impact
- Monitor and assess performance across email and SMS channels using metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and revenue generated
- Identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities within the customer lifecycle funnel
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, visuals, offers, and messaging to determine optimal performance
- Implement ongoing improvements based on data analysis and performance insights
- Craft and optimize high-performing email and SMS content that aligns with brand tone
- Collaborate on developing messaging strategies that boost engagement and sales
- Maintain a consistent customer experience across all lifecycle communications
- Review and evaluate current setups in Klaviyo and SMS platforms like Postscript, and suggest enhancements
- Utilize existing workflows, audience segments, and creative materials to boost campaign effectiveness
- Quickly deploy campaigns using available creative, data, and marketing assets
Requirements
- Capable of both strategic planning and hands-on execution
- Focused on action and delivering measurable outcomes
- Experienced in managing and improving lifecycle email and SMS campaigns
- Proven track record of writing effective email and SMS copy that drives conversions
- Skilled in planning and executing campaign calendars
- Familiar with analyzing key email and SMS metrics including open rates, CTR, conversion rates, and revenue contribution
- Has conducted A/B tests on subject lines, creatives, offers, and messaging
- Able to make iterative improvements using data insights
- Has collaborated on messaging strategies to boost engagement and sales
- Ensures consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints
- Has audited marketing automation platforms such as Klaviyo and Postscript and provided optimization recommendations
- Skilled at using existing flows, audience segments, and creative assets to enhance performance
- Able to execute campaigns efficiently using provided resources
