About the Role
Drive customer adoption and retention by building scalable enablement programs, delivering technical workshops, and guiding clients to maximize value from the platform. Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to identify expansion opportunities and foster self-sustaining user communities across the AMER region.
Responsibilities
- Define the function by creating automated programs and scalable processes tailored for the AMER region.
- Design and test various enablement strategies through A/B testing to determine the most effective approaches for user engagement and satisfaction.
- Lead live demonstrations of new product capabilities and facilitate interactive technical workshops alongside Sales Engineers.
- Support customer onboarding and improve long-term retention by teaching best practices for using the platform effectively.
- Schedule recurring customer engagements to provide guidance on applying the platform to specific business challenges and workflows.
- Develop initiatives that promote independent learning and peer-driven knowledge sharing within customer organizations.
- Collect, document, and communicate real-world use cases and success stories to highlight customer impact.
- Partner with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to uncover opportunities for product expansion and increased customer value.
Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience in technical consulting, sales engineering, or data science, with a history of positive customer outcomes.
- Ability to operate in uncertain environments, align stakeholders, and act quickly to shape success in a new market segment.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, with skill in adapting technical content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfort engaging with individuals at all levels of an organization, from practitioners to executives.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% throughout the AMER region.
Nice to Have
- Practical experience with data infrastructure technologies such as SQL and Kubernetes, and coding proficiency in Python, R, or SQL.
- Hold certifications such as Advanced Designer, SnowPro Core, or Databricks Business Analyst.
- Background in creating or managing communities of practice or scalable post-sales customer programs.
- Continuous curiosity and drive to master new tools and convert technical features into tangible business benefits.
