Responsibilities
- Manage insurance coverage matters, including bad faith claims, from inception through resolution
- Draft and review coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, pleadings, motions, and discovery with a high level of precision and advocacy
- Take and defend depositions, including experts and key parties, and represent clients in hearings and motion practice in state and federal courts
- Provide trial support, including strategy development, witness preparation, and trial execution
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategy, assess risk, and deliver practical legal solutions
- Communicate directly with clients, providing updates, legal advice, and strategic guidance while fostering strong relationships
- Stay current on developments in insurance coverage law, incorporating industry trends into case strategy
Compensation
$175,000 – $220,000, depending on experience and practice group
