Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales cycle to win new business and drive revenue. You will initiate the first relationships with customers, deeply understand their business needs, educate them on video foundation models, negotiate contracts, and help them succeed with TwelveLabs.
- Own and develop key accounts in EMEA. Manage 2-3 of the largest priority accounts in the region while building pipeline across approximately 100 additional named accounts in the Media & Entertainment vertical.
- Navigate diverse European markets. Adapt your sales approach to regional procurement protocols, compliance requirements, and buying behaviors unique to different European markets.
- Develop and validate hypotheses on the right strategy. Work with the EMEA leadership team to bring cutting-edge multimodal video models to market across the UK and broader European region.
- Build strategic partnerships. Collaborate closely with AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, and NVIDIA to leverage their relationships and accelerate deal velocity in your accounts.
- Collaborate closely with our product team. Share customer feedback and insights to inform our product roadmap and deliver enhanced experiences for European customers.
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets. Provide regular progress reports to regional and company leadership on pipeline development, deal progression, and market opportunities.
- Represent TwelveLabs at industry events. Maintain strong presence at key European media and entertainment trade shows and conferences to build brand awareness and generate pipeline.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, focusing on the Media & Entertainment industry, with experience selling in the UK and/or broader EMEA markets.
- Demonstrated the ability to create and grow a sales pipeline and drive complex deals to completion across diverse European markets.
- Understanding of European market dynamics. Familiarity with regional differences in business practices, procurement processes, and buying behaviors across the UK and EU.
- Strong partnership collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively with cloud providers and systems integrators to accelerate customer adoption.
