Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Five years of direct experience managing privacy program operations, including handling data subject requests, conducting privacy assessments, or overseeing data processing agreements
- Proven experience working with consent management platforms such as OneTrust, TrustArc, Transcend, or comparable tools
- Solid understanding of key privacy laws including GDPR and CCPA/CPRA, with the ability to translate legal requirements into operational processes
- Knowledge of digital tracking methods, cookies, and tag management systems from a regulatory compliance standpoint
- Demonstrated project management abilities with strong attention to detail and capacity to oversee multiple concurrent initiatives
- Practical experience applying AI-powered tools to automate compliance tasks and enhance operational efficiency
- Excellent written communication skills for creating documentation, generating reports, and coordinating across teams
Nice to Have
- Holding a CIPP/US, CIPP/E, or CIPM certification
- Background working at a SaaS provider, marketing technology firm, or B2B platform organization
- Familiarity with HIPAA privacy standards
- Experience designing or enhancing automated privacy program functions
- Exposure to privacy engineering principles or technical privacy implementations
- Work history at a publicly traded company or one preparing for an initial public offering
