Responsibilities

  • Facilitates and participates in assisting the Ethics and Compliance senior leaders with compliance activities
  • Ensures the organization adheres to applicable federal, state, and industry regulatory requirements in a healthcare organization
  • Assists with the development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance programs and policies
  • Assists with compliance programs and policies related to information privacy and security
  • Assists with designing controls
  • Facilitates compliance communications, training sessions, and audits

Requirements

  • 3+ years of related experience in healthcare compliance, privacy and/or regulatory affairs
  • Experience in project management with working knowledge of laws and/or regulations in area of compliance, in particular mental health and state regulations

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field
