Responsibilities

Facilitates and participates in assisting the Ethics and Compliance senior leaders with compliance activities
Ensures the organization adheres to applicable federal, state, and industry regulatory requirements in a healthcare organization
Assists with the development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance programs and policies
Assists with compliance programs and policies related to information privacy and security
Assists with designing controls
Facilitates compliance communications, training sessions, and audits

Requirements

3+ years of related experience in healthcare compliance, privacy and/or regulatory affairs
Experience in project management with working knowledge of laws and/or regulations in area of compliance, in particular mental health and state regulations

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field
