Huzzle is seeking an Email Marketing Account Manager for our eCommerce email marketing agency. In this role, you will manage direct-to-consumer client accounts, lead strategy, and drive revenue growth through sophisticated email marketing campaigns and automation.
What You'll Do
- Lead weekly client strategy calls, handle objections with data, and identify gaps in the customer lifecycle.
- Write clear, concise briefs for the design team and perform rigorous QA on every email before it goes live.
- Build, optimise, and A/B test sophisticated email automation flows like Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, and Win-back.
- Check platforms like Klaviyo or Omnisend dashboards daily to analyze performance and propose fixes if revenue is down.
- Use Trello, Figma, and internal SOPs to ensure 100% on-time delivery with zero missed deadlines.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing multiple eCommerce client accounts.
- Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo (campaigns, flows, segmentation, reporting).
- Deep understanding of email marketing performance metrics: Open rate, Click-through rate (CTR), Revenue per recipient, List health and deliverability.
- Ability to lead client strategy calls confidently and drive decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn performance data into actionable improvements.
- High ownership and accountability for client results and campaign performance.
