Paired is looking for an Email Appointment Setter to support our outreach efforts and generate qualified appointments for our sales team. You'll focus on daily outbound communication, engaging prospects to book appointments. Our mission is to provide great jobs to talented people, no matter where they are located.
What You'll Do
- Send 30–40 outreach messages or more per day via email and Instagram DM using existing leads
- Engage prospects and follow up consistently to move them through the funnel
- Conduct targeted outreach to developers, agents, designers, architects, and brands across California and the Middle East
- Qualify leads and book appointments directly for the sales team
- Maintain clear communication and update outreach tracking systems
- Occasionally hop on a call if needed (no heavy cold-calling required)
What We're Looking For
- Strong written communication skills for crafting effective outreach
- Comfortable working EST hours
- Confident and not afraid to pick up calls when required
- Organized and consistent in hitting daily outreach targets
Nice to Have
- A background as a real estate agent is a plus
