DaVita seeks an Educator I, ROPS to join our team. In this role, you will support the delivery, evaluation, and management of learning programs within Revenue Operations (ROPS). You'll provide impactful training experiences to build skills across the organization, focusing on new hire onboarding and ongoing professional development.
What You'll Do
- Deliver informal and formal learning solutions in an engaging and effective manner.
- Prepare for and deliver training for both in-person and remote audiences with moderate supervision.
- Encourage participation and build learner motivation during sessions.
- Deliver constructive feedback and escalate issues to leadership as needed.
- Participate in training projects, using learning metrics and analytics to measure impact.
- Collaborate with leadership, program sponsors, and other team members.
- Help maintain the existing Curriculum Plan.
- Assist in analyzing and interpreting evaluation data.
- Assist in the design and development of informal and formal learning solutions.
- Participate in needs assessments.
- Develop instructional material under the direct guidance of a designer.
- Assist with onboarding new teammates and adjunct trainers.
- Review new hire lists and coordinate onboarding and learning advisor activities.
- Update reporting dashboards, calendars, new hire lists, and teammate trackers for your areas of responsibility.
