About the Role
The specialist will design, deliver, and assess training programs to improve agent performance and support ongoing professional development within a virtual environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging virtual training sessions for new and current team members
- Develop and update learning materials to reflect current procedures and standards
- Monitor trainee progress and provide timely, constructive feedback
- Collaborate with instructional designers to refine course content
- Use performance data to identify skill gaps and adjust training approaches
- Maintain accurate records of training completion and assessment results
- Support onboarding processes for incoming remote workers
- Lead group coaching sessions to reinforce learning outcomes
- Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and metrics
- Stay current with industry best practices in adult education and remote instruction
Nice to Have
- Certification in instructional design or e-learning development
- Experience in customer service or call center training environments
- Familiarity with SCORM authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Rise
- Background in performance coaching or talent development
