Working Solutions is hiring a full-time Education & Development Specialist (Instructor) to design curriculum and deliver virtual training that prepares independent contractor PROs for client call center programs. Reporting to the Director of Agent Development, you will play a key role in ensuring our agents are ready for success.
What You'll Do
- Design class curriculum and thoroughly prepare Working Solutions Pros for quality project work.
- Complete research and/or training to understand the client’s business and project requirements.
- Meet with clients to determine preparation needs.
- Review and modify project documentation to fit virtual preparation methods and time-frames.
- Develop virtual preparation materials based on client documentation.
- Prepare assigned agents to competently complete projects, including testing and providing project/client information.
- Assist Contract Instructors with delivery of project preparation for large and/or ongoing projects.
- Assist with agent scheduling for new projects to ensure better retention and success rates.
- Provide additional preparation for active PROs as needed to ensure superior quality performance.
- Respond to preparation-related PRO questions and provide encouragement and recognition.
- Document and implement programs, processes and procedures as needed.
- Provide results reporting to management and/or client as requested.
What We're Looking For
- Must be a US citizen or permanent resident.
- Must be a legal resident of one of the following states: AR, AZ, FL, IN, IA, MI, NC, NE, OH, TN, TX, WI.
- Bachelor's degree (required).
- Teaching experience is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate learning.
- Highly organized, independently driven, and able to learn and communicate lots of information.
- Ability to successfully prioritize moving at lightning speed.
- Ability to multitask without accuracy or quality suffering.
- Excellent computer skills and openness to learning new systems quickly.
- Willingness to have fun, be creative, and inspire learning.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree preferably related to Education.
- Experience teaching children and creating curriculum.
- Virtual teaching/training experience.
- 3-5 years classroom and/or virtual training experience.
- Knowledge of call center processes and techniques.
